A subsidiary of Rongcheng Group and the only underground non-coal mine in Binzhou City, evolved from the Zouping Copper Mine established in 1988. All licenses including mining, safety and blasting permits are valid.

Production started in 1990 at 65,000 t/year and expanded to 165,000 t/year after a 2016 capacity upgrade. The mine uses vertical shafts, flotation processing at 165,000 t/year capacity, and a tailings pond with 440,000 m³ design capacity.

The company is implementing an 'external ore purchase + beneficiation upgrade' strategy to improve efficiency and support steady transformation.
